The Sun in my eyes is what's happening right now as I try to write this blog. The skies are definitely blue and I can't even look up at the Empire State Building as the Sun is too over powering. The colors for the lights tonight are Red in honor of "Reading".
Today's quote is "You must be a lotus, unfolding its petals when the sun rises in the sky, unaffected by the slush where it is born or even the water which sustains it!" Author Sai Baba.
When it comes to principles and values, absolutely, be unaffected by what else is happening. The environment we live in is constantly changing and it is not smart to be a flower and ignore what's happening around you especially injustices.
