This sounds like how I feel now that I am getting my cleaning project under control. How many times have we completed a task and felt really good after it was done? Lots! Better yet, how many times have we done something to help out some one else and that person was very grateful for the help? Lots too! So, as the quote says, the reward is to have done it.
