Gorgeous sunshine day; at least that is how it appears to me. Yes, I felt a little chill last night and seriously considering moving my comforter back to my bed.

Is this true? In a few cases yes, but in this economy no! It is a struggle out there and most of us are trying to do more than what we get paid for but it is the exceptional few that will be recognized and get paid more in the long run.
