Absolutely! Life is so short and there are so many things that we want to do and so many places that we want to see to our heart's contend. It is hard to let go of petty annoyances but once you practice letting go, you will feel better and stronger.
How many people have a plan to help others less fortunate than themselves? I do! Today I did my good deed and donated clothes and shoes to the salvation army.
